The Chile customer has ordered one pcs driver cabin assy for his XCMG QY70K-1 truck crane. His XCMG truck crane cabin was badly damaged in an accident, and can not be repaired. He found us from our website. After he sent us the damaged cabin photos, we sent him the new cabin photo at once. He is very satisfied for our quick response and professionalism. We have loaded one 40HC container XCMG and sany excavator parts for our South african customer today. This time, the customer mainly order excavator undercarriage parts, such as idler, support roller, track shoe assy. All these are fast moving parts on excavators. We choose good quality OEM parts from our cooperation factory. Wish these premium quality parts earn more customers for our south african client.

This week, an old Nigeria customer ordered hundreds of filter elements. This purchase includes many types of filter elements, such as air filter , hydraulic filter, oil filter and fuel filter. We offer a large selection of filters from various brands, including genuine and OEM quality to him. After comparison, he choosen a good OEM brand-LEFONG for this order. We pack all these filters with strong plywood boxes to avoid any possible damage during transportation. After package, we send all these boxes to Qingdao port in about 15 minutes. It will take about 50 days to ship to the customer's port. For this order, the customers is highly appreciated for our quick stocking and delivery time.

Today, we are packing an order for XCMG and sany truck crane parts in the warehouse. Let us share with you how we work. As everybody knows, there are so many items in spare parts business. It is normal to see several hundreds items in an order. How to ensure correctness on quantity and category, it has been a headace problem to the parts sellers all the time. In order to reduce the mistakes, we usually take all parts from the cartons, and check one by one. Then, we count the quantity and make stciker for each part. After all is confirmed well, we arrange workers to put parts inside woodbox under supervision of the storekeepers, and also each part will be recored on the table to indicate which box it is in. After this work done, we will send this table to the customer, this will help them to find each part according to the table. If some customers still worry about the mistake, we can also take photos from different angles for his confirmation. After agreed, then we will arrange package work.

The Brasil customers ordered a batch of filters, which are used on XCMG XDE130 mining truck and LW300KV wheel loaders. It takes about 15 days to prepare this order,and we pack these filters by ply wood box to protect them from damage during transportation. We will send the cusmtomer by LCL shipping method this week.
