We have loaded one 40HC container XCMG and sany excavator parts for our South african customer today. This time, the customer mainly order excavator undercarriage parts, such as idler, support roller, track shoe assy. All these are fast moving parts on excavators. We choose good quality OEM parts from our cooperation factory. Wish these premium quality parts earn more customers for our south african client.

Today, we are packing an order for XCMG and sany truck crane parts in the warehouse. Let us share with you how we work. As everybody knows, there are so many items in spare parts business. It is normal to see several hundreds items in an order. How to ensure correctness on quantity and category, it has been a headace problem to the parts sellers all the time. In order to reduce the mistakes, we usually take all parts from the cartons, and check one by one. Then, we count the quantity and make stciker for each part. After all is confirmed well, we arrange workers to put parts inside woodbox under supervision of the storekeepers, and also each part will be recored on the table to indicate which box it is in. After this work done, we will send this table to the customer, this will help them to find each part according to the table. If some customers still worry about the mistake, we can also take photos from different angles for his confirmation. After agreed, then we will arrange package work.

Today, we load one 20FT container for XCMG excavator undercarriage Parts, which include the track roller, idler roller, track shoe assy. These parts are ordered by a Zambia customer. Because they are very heavy, we have to hold them with a small container. Even so, the weight still reach the top limit. Wish the ship will arrive at the customer place as soon as possible.

Our Kazakhstan has ordered 12 pcs WD615 engine assy for his truck fleet in mine area. It is the first time for him to work with us. He has a truck fleet with more than 2000 trucks working in the mining area. He wants to buy some cheaper price but reliable quality engines to serve on his trucks. After we quote prices, and showing some photos and parameters of our engine, he decied to place a trial order to test. For the first trial order, he only ordered 12 pcs. If our engine quality can reach his expectation, there will be huge order in the future. We are very confident about our quality. It is no doubt we will have more orders from him. The engines are loaded by a 40 HC container, and send to him by railway. Hope he can receive these engines as soon as possible.
